Kristen Devaney

Kristen DeVaney is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic planning and management. As Regional Human Resources Director at Knowles Corporation from January 2024 to March 2025, Kristen focused on strategic human resource planning and business strategy. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager for W.B. Mason Company Inc. and Amazon, as well as Human Resources Business Partner II at ASM Global - Syracuse. Kristen also served as Human Resources & Employee Relations Manager at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and E-Commerce from Walden University and completed the Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2020.
