Midhat Salihovic

Midhat Salihovic is a seasoned Quality Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and process improvement across multiple engineering firms since 2013. Currently serving at Knowles Corporation since October 2018, Midhat has previously worked as a Quality Engineer at TECT Power, Inc. and Amphenol Aerospace, focusing on fostering quality programs, root cause corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to these roles, Midhat gained valuable experience through co-op positions at BorgWarner Inc., Anaren, and Air Industries, where responsibilities included performance testing, process studies, and engineering support. Midhat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
