Mike Samonds

Mike Samonds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and executive compensation. Currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Knowles Corporation since August 2017, Mike has previously held notable positions at Baxter International Inc., including Director of Executive Compensation & Global Mobility and Director of Executive Compensation from January 2004 to August 2017. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
