Phil continued to grow their expertise at Knowles Corporation, holding several director-level positions before becoming the Vice President of Quality Assurance & Environmental Sustainability in 2018. Phil earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management with a specialization in Operations Management from Northwestern University. They are currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
