Thomas E. Miller

Engineering Fellow

Thomas E. Miller is an acoustical and electrical engineer with a strong interest in technical developments that enhance audio experiences. Currently serving as an Engineering Fellow at Knowles Electronics since 1995, Miller specializes in the design of miniature loudspeakers and has contributed significantly to both the hearing aid industry and music headphones. Previously, Miller worked as a Research Engineer at International Jensen, developing innovative DSP-based technologies, and served as the Chief Engineer at Universal Recording Corporation, where they managed the design and maintenance of a multi-studio recording facility. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, awarded in 1979.
