William Hardin is the General Manager at Knowlton Technologies and the Director of Non-Wovens at Eastman, where they oversee operations and focus on manufacturing excellence in wet-laid nonwovens. They have held various leadership roles at Eastman since 2008, including Maintenance & Engineering Manager and Operations & Engineering Manager, and have a solid foundation in chemical engineering from Auburn University, where they completed their degree in 2002.
