Known & Cited is an AI brand intelligence company. We measure how AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and the rest — cite, recommend and describe your business when buyers ask the questions that lead to revenue.

Search is changing. Buyers no longer scroll ten blue links; they ask an AI assistant and act on what it says. If you're not in the answer, you're not in the room. Most businesses have no idea whether AI mentions them, mis-describes them, or hands the customer to a competitor — and no structured way to fix it.

That's the gap we close. Our AI Visibility Strategy (AVS) runs hundreds of buyer-intent queries across the major AI platforms, scores how often and how favourably you appear, benchmarks you against your real competition, and gives you a prioritised plan to improve.

We work to a five-step rhythm: Focus. Measure. Plan. Deliver. Repeat. Focus the questions that matter to your business. Measure where you stand. Plan the work. Deliver the changes. Repeat the cycle until you're the answer.

What we offer:
• AVS Flash — free first look at your AI visibility
• AVS Annual / Bi-Annual / Quarterly — ongoing measurement and strategy
• GEO Advisory — generative engine optimisation guidance
• AI-Optimised Content — content built to be cited

We're honest about a new category. Generative engine optimisation is young, the platforms keep changing, and nobody can guarantee a #1 position in a chatbot's mouth. What we can do is make your visibility measurable, your plan defensible, and your trajectory upward.
