KNP Communications is a premier communications training and coaching firm trusted by leaders at the highest levels of business, government, media, and public life. We help clients communicate with confidence, passion, and authenticity — in the moments that matter most.

Our methods are grounded in evidence-based social science and refined through decades of work in high-stakes situations: Fortune 500 earnings calls, Senate hearings, national media appearances, investor pitches, TED stages, and boardrooms around the world.

KNP's founders are recognized authorities in the field. John Neffinger and Matthew Kohut co-authored Compelling People: The Hidden Qualities That Make Us Influential, taught at leading business schools worldwide, and co-wrote the Harvard Business Review cover story "Connect, Then Lead." Matthew Kohut's book Speaking Out is the definitive guide to leadership communication on political and social issues. KNP's methods were the subject of a Harvard Business School case study and a peer-reviewed study on nonverbal communication and leadership presence.

KNP coaches regularly lecture at Harvard, Kellogg, Haas, Columbia, and Georgetown. Our 15-coach team brings backgrounds in law, television, elected office, academia, entrepreneurship, and the performing arts.
