As KNPNT we believe in the power of the individual's character when identifying the ideal candidate. This can lead to surprising and unconventional matches!

KNPNT has a long track record with Clients active in Food Industries and Retail. Combining these functions and the connecting knowledge of Commercial and operational positions.

The process of finding the right candidate seldom follows the same route. We always adapt to the specifics of the client, markets, and candidates and continue until we feel happy to present our candidates. Before this, a complex and sometimes lengthy process of scanning, interviewing, and testing candidates have passed.

The majority of our clients are well-known for years and we've thoroughly analyzed their products, processes, and particulars. This effort results in having the right “feel” for their culture, methods, and people, knowing that finding the right candidate for any position is for 80% is driven by emotion.

With this solid groundwork, we developed the right sense for, especially, the soft skills of a candidate and more often than not know instantly if we are meeting the ideal candidate. This gives an overall good feeling about our work, which is often shared by our clients!

KNPNT started in 1996 as a regional supplier of Flex services for SME in trade, technical and industrial positions.

Our team consists of 3 dedicated consultants who have been active in their areas of specialization for many years with our company. They can professionally relate to their Clients and markets, not only technically but also culturally and mentally.

The international background of some of our people gave us the chance to develop additional International business. This resulted in finding interesting high-level Sales and Technical candidates for specific Clients in markets such as Middle East, Turkey, Russia, central Asia and Kazakhstan.
