Eef Botjes

Eef (Everhard) Botjes is a retiree who has utilized over 40 years of experience in various roles, including line manager, director, organization advisor, and project/interim manager. They have been actively engaged in optimizing processes, restructuring organizations, and managing change, particularly within the local government and social sectors. Eef has held positions such as member of the KNRM Vlieland local committee, board member of Stichting de Noordwester, and chair of Stichting Bunkermuseum Vlieland. They have contributed as a certified management consultant and remain committed to volunteering and advising pro bono since retiring in April 2021. Eef's educational background includes a BSc in business management from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and various certifications in project management and quality assurance.
