Tom Berkhout

Tom Berkhout has extensive experience in marine and dredging operations, currently serving as Aankomend opstapper at Koninklijke Nederlandse Redding Maatschappij (KNRM) since January 2023. Previously, Tom worked at Rutte Groep as Voorman Machinist since October 2015, specializing in the installation of underground waste collection systems. From January 2004 to December 2013, Tom held the position of Hoofdschipper at Boskalis, overseeing various backhoe dredgers. Tom began their career as Schipper and machinist at Abeko Dredging & Marine Contractors from January 1999 to December 2003. Tom holds a Bk ingeneurs degree in DLP.
