Edwin Goedhart is the Chief Medical Officer at the Royal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB), where they oversee the organization of medical staff for national teams and the Football Medical Centre. Previously, they served as Head Medical Staff for various football clubs, including AFC Ajax, Vitesse Arnhem, and AZ Alkmaar, developing innovative medical strategies and overseeing medical care in sports settings. Goedhart has also contributed to sports medicine consultancy and quality management in public health, including roles with the Dutch Olympic Committee and various sports associations.
