Floor van Lin is currently the Hoofd Organisatie & Ondersteuning at KNVB Academie, a role they have held since 2023. Having served as Project Leader and Coordinator for Sport Development at Gehandicaptensport Nederland from 2021 to 2023, Floor also worked as a Community Sports Coach at Negen in 2019. Between 2017 and 2020, Floor taught physical education at several primary schools, including Basisschool De Waai, Basisschool De Akkerwinde, and Basisschool Dr. Jan de Quay. Floor obtained a degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen in 2015, following an Honors diploma from Merlet College Grave.
