Fnaan W. is currently the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at KNVB and serves as the Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board for the National Youth Orchestras of the Netherlands (NJON). Previously, Fnaan worked as a Project Coordinator for International CSR at KNVB and as a Grants, Communication, and Learning Officer at ACE AFRICA. Fnaan’s diverse professional background includes roles in recruitment at Guidion Nederland and marketing at FashionUnited. Fnaan holds a UEFA Certificate of Advanced Studies in Football Management from the University of Lausanne, completing the program in 2023.
