Herman van Dijk

Herman van Dijk has accumulated extensive experience in sports management and officiating, having served as an Intercedent at Werktijd Uitzendburo BV from April 2023 to February 2024. Prior to this, Herman held various roles at sc Heerenveen from 2010 to July 2020, including Teammanager and Hoofd merchandising. Additionally, Herman was a Medewerker facilitair at Thialf BV from October 2021 to April 2023. From 2003 to July 2020, responsibilities at KNVB included coaching referees in professional football, serving as a football referee, and teaching arbitration courses. Herman also gained international experience as a football referee for FIFA between 1995 and 1998, and prior to that, worked as a Vestigingsmanager at PostNL from 1979 to 2007.
