Lizzy van der Helm possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in education, arbitration, and pension advising. As a Docent Economie at Ashram College and Oranje Nassau College, Lizzy facilitated engaging courses in economics while nurturing a supportive learning environment. In her role at KNVB, responsibilities included developing women's arbitration programs and conducting interactive training sessions for referees at various levels. Lizzy has been an esteemed FIFA referee since January 2018, participating in high-profile tournaments, including serving as a referee in the Women's Champions League. Transitioning into the pension sector, Lizzy has worked as a Pension Advisor at miQ in business and currently serves as an Advisor for employment conditions at Herenvest.
