Mark Boetekees

Mark Boetekees has extensive experience in the field of legal affairs within professional football. From October 1997 to November 2005, Mark served at KNVB as Manager of Legal Affairs and later as Legal Director and Executive Secretary for Professional Football, overseeing various departments including legal matters, licensing, and human resources, and holding key roles such as head of the Jong Oranje delegation and director of KNVB Campus BV. Additionally, Mark was General Counsel and Board Secretary for Paid Football, managing a large team and engaging in significant governance roles, including participation in UEFA's legal committee and FIFA football tribunal. Following his tenure at KNVB, Mark worked as Managing Director at FBO from November 2005 to April 2010.
