Stefan Sagel is a Partner and Lawyer (Advocaat) at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where they focus on individual and collective labour law matters and have litigated significant cases before the Supreme Court of the Netherlands since 1999. They are also a Professor of Labour Law at the University of Leiden, a position they have held since 2013. Additionally, Stefan serves as the Chairman of the College van Arbiters at KNVB from 2024. They earned a Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law with a focus on Employment Law from the University of Oxford in 1998.
