Andrew Freeman

Andrew Freeman is the co-founder/partner of KO Storage, overseeing 6.2M+ sq ft of self-storage facilities across 24+ states, comprising 175+ locations and 38k+ units. They co-founded AJ Wholesale/Powerplay Retail-Direct with Jon Marshalla in 2016 and grew it from a side hustle to a leading Amazon reseller before exiting in March 2023. They are actively acquiring existing, optimizing, developing, and building new facilities across the country in B, C and tertiary markets. They earned a degree in Sociology of Criminal Deviance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (2007-2010).
