Lucas Laniel

Lucas Laniel is an IT Support Specialist at KO Storage since June 2021, managing IT infrastructure, including Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365, while utilizing Intune and Autopilot for device management. Responsibilities also include administering web-based services and providing support for hardware, software, and network issues. Previously, Lucas served as a GIS Student Worker at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where municipal maps were edited, and worked as a Mapping Analyst at Second Look Flood, LLC, analyzing FEMA flood maps. Early experience includes providing technical support at HuskyTech while studying at St. Cloud State University, where a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography was obtained, following an Associate of Arts degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
