Ståle Brinchmann

Ståle Brinchmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as an intern at MTU Aero Engines GmbH. Ståle then joined TELEMARK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED in 2002 as an Accountant and Business Advisor, where they provided financial management services for SMEs. In 2006, they became a Finance Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), supporting SMEs in eastern and southeastern Europe.

Brinchmann moved to Energy 4 Impact in 2007 and served as the Finance & Procurement Manager, contributing to the expansion of the NGO and establishing offices in Africa and Latin America. In 2011, they joined DAI Europe Ltd as a Consultant/Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on managing bids and securing projects in various sectors.

From 2014, Ståle Brinchmann worked at Tetra Tech Europe, initially as a Senior Manager and later as the Principal of Economic Growth. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the expansion of the Economic Growth team, managed strategic bids, and successfully secured significant project revenue.

Currently, Brinchmann holds the position of Business Development Director at Koa Switzerland & Ghana since November 2021.
