Nathan Macabuag is the founder of Koalaa soft prosthetics, a virtual support service for individuals with limb differences. Nathan is also a Trustee at the Lightyear Foundation, dedicated to promoting STEM opportunities for disabled children. Nathan is the founder of Mitt Wearables, providing affordable prosthetic components. Additionally, Nathan is an Enterprise Hub Member at the Royal Academy of Engineering. Nathan has experience as a Board Member at IVMS and as a Wellbeing Representative at Imperial College Union. Nathan has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and has worked as a Systems Engineer at Delphi. Nathan has also conducted research on developing prosthetic swimming legs and mentors school children on product design projects.
