Charles Battle

Charles Battle serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Koalafi since March 2025. Previously, Charles held the position of SVP, Head of Product at Ibotta, Inc., where responsibility included leading Product for B2C, B2B, AI, and Data initiatives, overseeing a team of over 50 and launching a pivotal Rewards-as-a-Service platform, while preparing for the company's successful IPO in April 2024. Charles has also served as Chief Product Officer at Guaranteed Rate, where growth of the Product and Product Design organization was achieved, and as Vice President of Product Management at LendingTree, overseeing various consumer product lines. Charles’s earlier roles include significant positions at American Express and TouchTunes Interactive Networks. Charles holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and advanced degrees in Creative Writing from Boston University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
