Don Busick

Don Busick is a seasoned senior product and technology executive, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Arica and the Founder of Small Venue Music. With a robust background at Capital One, they held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, where they spearheaded transformative digital strategies and enhancements in customer experience. Don also serves as a Board Member for Koalafi and has extensive experience in advisory roles. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia in 1991.
