Eric Miles

Eric Miles has a diverse work experience in technology leadership roles. Eric currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Koalafi since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President and VP of Engineering at Koalafi. Before joining Koalafi, Eric worked at Capital One as a Director of Software Engineering and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. Eric also gained experience at CapTech as a Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Software Engineer at Kronos and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at CapTech. Eric started their career as a Consultant at Accenture.

Eric Miles obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech from 1994 to 1999. Eric later pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, which they completed from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, Eric has obtained certifications including Certified Business Component Developer, Certified Enterprise Architect, Certified Java Programmer, and Certified Web Component Developer, all from Oracle.
