Timo Kauf

Timo Kauf is currently the Küchenleiter at KOB KARL OTTO BRAUN GmbH & Co. KG, a position they have held since 2011. They previously operated their own businesses at Alte Propstei/Remigiusberg and Restaurant Zur Wasserburg from 2004 to 2011. Timo has extensive experience in the culinary field, having served as Küchenchef at Alfa Hotel from 1997 to 2004 and as Koch at Hotellerie Bacher from 1996 to 1997. They began their culinary career as a Jungkoch at Restaurant Uwe s Tomate from 1993 to 1995 and completed their culinary education at Gasthof Zum Rathaus from 1990 to 1993. Notably, Timo won first place in the Commis-Rôtisseur competition in 1997.
