Michaela Lackner

Michaela Lackner currently serves as the Head of (IT-) Sustainability DC and Senior Manager at kobaltblau Management Consultants since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michaela worked as Associate Director at MINDEIGHT GmbH from April 2021 to July 2022. Michaela's extensive experience at IBM spanned nearly a decade, beginning as a Junior Consultant and advancing through various positions, including Managing and Senior Managing Consultant, Associate Partner & Practice Leader. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Service Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), earned between 2009 and 2012.
