Danielle Santos

Danielle Santos is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as an Analista de Suporte at Kobe Apps since October 2022. In this role, Danielle acts as a liaison between clients and the Kobe team, addressing support issues, fixing bugs, and assisting the development team with technical tasks. Previously, Danielle held a development intern position where work involved mobile e-commerce app development for various companies using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Additionally, Danielle has experience as a Junior Software Developer at the Computer Networks and Security Laboratory (LARCES), contributing to a data protection project focused on privacy laws.
