Júlia Baldi

Júlia Baldi is currently the Head of People at Kobe Apps since February 2020. She leads the People department, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Júlia collaborates with the board of directors to develop a People strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. She also provides guidance on recruitment and selection processes, ensures compliance with local labor laws, manages and implements new benefits, and plans institutional communication actions. Additionally, Júlia supports the creation of an Employer Branding strategy and uses the OKRs methodology for performance management. Prior to Kobe, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Estagiar and as a Therapeutic Accompaniment at Neurobehavioral Institute. Júlia holds a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
