Arthur Faessen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently holding the position of Human Resources Manager at Kober Kinderopvang since October 2016. In addition, Arthur has served as the Voorzitter klachteninstantie Sollicitatiecode at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling since January 2008. Previous roles include membership in the Ledenraad at PGGM from January 2012 to January 2019, and serving as Project Coördinator HRM at Reinier van Arkel for a brief period in 2016. Additionally, Arthur was the Head of Personnel and Organization at Novadic-Kentron from April 2000 to February 2016, highlighting a strong background in managing HR functions and personnel development.
