Jarle Gundersen

Jarle Gundersen is the Chair of the Board of Directors at Kobler AS and serves as a board member for Contendo AS, Midaxo Ltd., and Norce AB. They have been the Owner Principal at Rite AS since 1992 and previously held positions such as CFO at Norwegian Petroleum Consultants and SVP/CFO at Aker ASA. With extensive experience in private equity from 1996 to 2015, they have led five IPOs and managed numerous acquisitions and exits. Jarle earned a degree in Siviløkonom from Handelshøyskolen BI between 1972 and 1975.
