Elyse Clement is a Senior Director of Product Management at Rakuten Kobo Inc., where they focus on creating exceptional user experiences and solving real problems for customers. Previously, they held positions as an International eCommerce Consultant and a Director of Product Management at TribalScale, where they mentored product teams and implemented Agile practices. Elyse began their career as an eCommerce Manager at Boutiques Clément, launching their initial online shopping experience. Currently, Elyse is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, along with an International Master in Business Administration.
