Osman Gencoglu has an extensive background in digital transformation and project management, working with various companies in different sectors. He is currently serving as the AI Technical Program Lead at KoçDigital, where he is involved in coordinating data governance programs, designing AI solutions, and leading data and analytics projects. Prior to this, he held roles such as Segment Marketing Manager at KoçSistem and Head Of Digital Transformation And Corporate Program Manager at Tanı Pazarlama ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.S., where he focused on industry-specific strategies and agile organizational models. Osman's expertise also includes business analysis, product management, and channel integration. He began his career at Migros in E-commerce and Operations and has a Bachelor's degree in Science of Physics from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
