Scott Smith

Scott Smith, MBA, PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Koch Engineered Solutions since July 2022. Previously, Scott was a Senior Field Superintendent at Gulf Coast Flooring & Services from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading project teams and overseeing multiple projects to ensure exceptional customer service and revenue growth. Scott also held the position of HR Manager at Gulf Coast Flooring, where the focus was on creating and managing a new HR department. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at GBS Flooring and an internship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where knowledge of employment laws was applied. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Downtown.
