Kyle Maynard

Kyle Maynard is a Senior Business Change Consultant at Kocho, where the focus is on helping ambitious organizations achieve their full potential, serving as an eight-time Microsoft Partner of the Year winner. Prior to this role, Kyle held various leadership positions at OVO, including Continuous Improvement Team Lead and Process Improvement Leader, where a sustainable Continuous Improvement program generated over £7 million in value. Additionally, Kyle served as an ISM Champion and judge for the BESMA awards while previously working at SSE plc, contributing significantly to their Continuous Improvement Programme as Process Improvement Manager and leading critical initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
