Stephen Beard

Stephen Beard is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in defense and technical leadership. Currently serving as Senior Executive Advisor and Chief Engineer for MACH-TB at KODA Technologies Inc., Stephen plays a crucial role in leading the Navy’s MACH-TB project and enhancing analytical solutions and systems integration. Prior to this, Stephen was Chief Engineer at Dynetics, Inc., overseeing hypersonics testing. Stephen’s tenure at the Missile Defense Agency spanned over a decade in various leadership roles, including Deputy Director for Test, where responsibilities encompassed the comprehensive planning and execution of missile defense tests. Stephen has also held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Sciences Corporation, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and SAIC. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
