Sam Liu

Sam Liu is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Plant General Manager at 伊士曼柯达 since July 2004. In this role, Sam leads a plant management team that encompasses various departments including EHS, Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics, while driving operational excellence and ensuring accountability for plant P&L performance. Previous positions held at 伊士曼柯达 include Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Product Manager, Production Supervisor, and Production Electrical Engineer, where Sam demonstrated a strong ability to improve manufacturing processes, achieve cost savings, and enhance safety performance. Prior experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Inventec, focusing on NPI and quality improvement in assembly and testing processes. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science & Engineering from Tongji University.
