Jake C.

Jake C. started their work experience as a Field Systems Technician Intern at Alaska Airlines in June 2014. During their internship, they were responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, upgrading company computers from Windows XP to Windows 7, and conducting weekly black-box QA testing for proprietary applications.

In November 2015, Jake joined Meteorcomm as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until April 2021.
