Matt Sollars

Matt Sollars has extensive work experience in various roles related to software engineering, development, and management. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Koddi since 2021. Previously, from 2011 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Mosaic Learning, including Director of DevOps and Architecture, Director of Engineering, Software Development, and Lead Software Engineer/Product Manager. These roles involved responsibilities such as building and leading teams, writing technical specifications, conducting user research, and evaluating site metrics.

Before their time at Mosaic Learning, Matt was the Owner of Axiom Forge, Inc. from 2006 to 2020. During this period, they created a small company focused on blogs and technology consultation, generating passive income through affiliate programs.

From 2005 to 2011, Matt worked as the Lead Web Developer/Webmaster at Wor-Wic Community College. In this role, they implemented web improvements, took on a product management role, and designed and developed an assessment tool to measure course success.

Earlier in their career, Matt served as the Data Services Director at Hypersite, Inc. from 2000 to 2005 and as a Sr. Software Developer at Beacon Technologies, Inc. from 1997 to 2000.

Matt Sollars attended Salisbury University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
