Mark Lewandowski

Mark Lewandowski has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership and operations. Mark began their career in 1994 as an Audit Supervisor at Plante Moran, where they were responsible for audit analysis and preparation of client financial statements. In 1997, they joined AT&T (formerly SBC) as a Contract Manager and Senior Financial Budget & Reporting Analyst. In 2000, they moved to Meritor (formerly ArvinMeritor) as a Manager Financial Planning Analysis, where they consolidated corporate annual operating and strategic business plans and prepared monthly prospective financial statements. In 2003, they joined Comcast as a Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager, where they lead teams through financial close, financial reporting and through preparation of budgets and forecasted financial statements. In 2015, they joined Rocket Fiber as Chief Financial Officer, where they provided executive financial leadership for the internet company from startup through sale. In 2021, they became Chief Financial Officer at KODE Labs.

Mark Lewandowski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Detroit in 1993. Mark also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Michigan.
