A significant early role at uSario involved launching its Amsterdam headquarters and developing the support service department. Michaela's extensive background at ACN spans various management roles focusing on field support services, compliance, and project facilitation across multiple EU markets. Michaela began the professional journey in hospitality management at Aqua Sol Hotels, after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in Eschweiler, Germany.
