Ericka Lacsamana

Ericka Lacsamana has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ericka started their career as a Guest Services Intern at St. Anthony Foundation in 2017, where they provided direct services to clients and assisted with organizational and administrative tasks. In 2019, Ericka worked as an Afterschool Program Assistant at Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center, supporting program leaders and assisting with various grade levels. Ericka also served as a Music Teacher/Choir Director at De Marillac Academy, teaching formal music classes and organizing performances.

Additionally, Ericka worked as a Barista at Philz Coffee from 2019 to 2021, and later as a Barista/Counter Server/Server at SHACK15 from May to October 2021. In 2021, they also became a Teacher at Harness_U, where they taught professionalism classes to marginalized students. Ericka then joined AT&T as a Marketing Support Manager in February 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in the store.

Moreover, Ericka engaged in teaching beginner coding classes for grades 1st to 6th as a Kodely Leader/Instructor, using MakeCode Arcade and MakeCode Micro:bit. Currently, they are working as an Administrative Assistant at Oak Mountain Landscaping, starting in August 2022.

Throughout their work experience, Ericka demonstrated their commitment to education and supporting marginalized populations, as well as their skills in customer service, administration, and teaching.
