Ericka Lacsamana has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ericka started their career as a Guest Services Intern at St. Anthony Foundation in 2017, where they provided direct services to clients and assisted with organizational and administrative tasks. In 2019, Ericka worked as an Afterschool Program Assistant at Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center, supporting program leaders and assisting with various grade levels. Ericka also served as a Music Teacher/Choir Director at De Marillac Academy, teaching formal music classes and organizing performances.

Additionally, Ericka worked as a Barista at Philz Coffee from 2019 to 2021, and later as a Barista/Counter Server/Server at SHACK15 from May to October 2021.
