Max Gardner

Max Gardner is currently the Founding Recruiter at Kodex, where they focus on building and developing the recruitment team. Previously, Max worked as a Recruiting professional at Angle Health and held the position of Head of Recruitment at Philo from 2019 to 2023. Max also has experience as a Technical Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at various companies, consistently demonstrating success in top billing and recruitment strategy. In addition to their professional roles, Max is pursuing a BA in Sociology with a minor in Communication from the University of Arizona.
