Travis Hays

Travis Hays has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to facilities management, security, and transportation. Travis is currently working as the Associate Director of Facilities Operations at Kodiak Sciences since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Facilities and Security at Invitae from 2015. From 2009 to 2015, Travis held the position of Sr Manager of Workplace Resources and Security at Pacific Biosciences. Before transitioning to the bioscience industry, they worked as a Motor Vehicle Operator at Army Air Force Exch Svc from 2008 to 2009 and at Wiley Sanders Truck Lines from 2007 to 2008. Travis has a strong background in risk minimization, timely delivery, property damage prevention, and adhering to regulations and standards.

Travis Hays completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from DeVry University. Travis attended the university from 2012 to 2018.
