Basia Lew

Basia Lew is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in audio and visual production. From September 2009 to August 2016, Basia served as the Audio/Visual Manager at PETA, supervising video production and managing a diverse team. Previously, Basia worked as an Associate Producer at First Generation, where responsibilities included producing multimedia content and facilitating client communications. Basia began at First Generation as an Intern, gaining foundational skills in scriptwriting and video editing. Currently, as the Content Production Operations Director at Kodify Media Group since April 2021, Basia oversees the entire production process, focusing on operational management, team collaboration, and strategic planning. Basia has also held a Post Production Supervisor role, managing large teams and extensive multimedia projects. Basia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
