Carl Reader has been a distinguished keynote speaker since January 1981, captivating audiences worldwide and providing inspiration and motivation across various sectors. An accomplished author, Carl's book "BOSS IT" received multiple accolades, including the Independent Press Awards NY 2021 for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. As joint chairman and owner of d&t chartered accountants, Carl specializes in accounting for franchises, retail, and tuition, while also overseeing d&t financial planning. Additional roles include chairing the ACCA Practitioners Panel, serving on the board of Young Enterprise UK, and acting as a brand ambassador for various corporates.
