KOHAI ~ www.kohai.in, is a leading first of its kind PAN India startup in the field of Mind wellness & Career/Skill assessments for individuals (Children/Adolescents - above 10 years of age). KOHAI provides a platform for their holistic development. With around 750+ in house standardized mental health assessment tools & a network of around 500+ Mental Health Professionals (language agnostic) across pan India, KOHAI helps institutions in providing Early stage Intervention platform for students & individuals.

What Problem are we solving?

We already know about the statistics around Mental Health in India. The issues are exacerbating year on year. In India, there is a huge treatment gap in mental health, which is close to 80%. The reason is primarily because of the scarcity of Mental Health professionals in India (close to 2 Mental Health Professionals for 4 lac population,NCRB). Currently, nearly 150 million people need intervention for a mental health condition. Also most of the institutions are focussing towards the Diagnostic model to cater to the mental health needs of the children. 

On the other hand, we aim to first evaluate each & every individual through our standardised tools & then treat them with Counselling, Therapies, Engagement Activities on a personalized level.

• We are focused towards prognostic approach in the aspect of mental health and provide an Early stage intervention platform for citizens of India. 

• We conduct mental health evaluation of individuals through our 750+ in house standardized assessment tools, personalized counselling sessions (both online & offline), Group Activity workshops for the individuals around median issues identified during the Screening assessment phase. Also, we help the organization with monthly MIS towards equipping them with growth monitoring of each & every individual keeping their privacy & confidentiality into prime consideration.
