Byron Ba has extensive experience in supply chain management and planning across several prominent companies in Asia. Currently serving as the Director of Planning for Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management at Levi Strauss & Co., Byron oversees all channels in Greater China, managing a team of 25 and focusing on demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management. Previous roles include Director of Logistics for North Asia at Intel Corporation and Director of Supply Chain at Johnson and Johnson Medical China, where significant processes were improved, including SAP implementation and dual import channels strategy. Additionally, Byron has held positions as Supply Chain Director APAC at Kohler Co. and Director of S&OP at Nike Greater China. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Logistics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's in Linguistics and Translation from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
