Chris Smith

Chris Smith has over two decades of experience in management roles within manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Kohler Co. since December 2018, Chris has previously held various positions, including Operations Manager and Production Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Kohler Co., Chris worked at Husqvarna Group from 2007 to December 2018, advancing through roles such as Plant Manager, Materials Manager, and Business Unit Manager. Earlier experience includes the position of Operations Manager at Engineered Machined Products from 2002 to 2007 and Business Analyst at Franklin Power Products from 1999 to 2002. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Marketing from Manchester University, obtained in 1994.
