Gary Koster

Gary Koster is a dedicated and motivated engineer currently serving as a Sr. Staff Quality Engineer at Kohler Co., where they have been since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in quality prototyping and a deep specialization in castings, forgings, and machining, they have significantly reduced component costs and played key roles in multiple projects across the wind power industry. Koster holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an Associate's degree in Metallurgical Technology from MATC. They have also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt and are skilled in various quality engineering methodologies.
